Reglaze Hits Arctic conditions in Austria
One of our customers got stranded in Austria after a slight accident which broke the full screen, read the story below from Steve Jones – Owner of Llew Jones coaches
Thanks for your superb service this weekend. It has saved us from having to send another vehicle out there and showed the customer that we can react very quickly to incidents that happen while away on tour says Steve Jones owner of Llew Jones coaches.
Steve tells the story …….
“One of our vehicles was involved in a minor accident in Austria last Saturday morning, which rendered the vehicle ( an Iveco Beulas Cygnus) un roadworthy as it needed a new windscreen and some minor bodywork . We had just used Reglaze for the first time on the previous Thursday for another vehicle and found their service to be very helpful and efficient so we contacted them again on Saturday morning for advice on how to deal with the screen in Austria. Gary called me back within minutes and said he would go out personally as soon as required (and even offered to repair the bodywork). He arranged to collect a screen Sunday morning and drove to Austria with one of my maintenance staff to repair the coach. They arrived by Monday morning and it was back on the road by Tuesday. This saved us thousands in replacement coaches and the group leader was also very impressed by the way the issue was dealt with. I cannot praise Reglaze enough, nothing was too much trouble for them. Service and a “can do” attitude like this is now very difficult to find in the coach industry these days. I am very glad to have found a company that we can trust and make difficult situations like these so much easier to deal with. We will certainly be using Reglaze for our glazing requirements in future. A massive thank you to Gary , Steve and Sharon at Reglaze.”
Steve Jones MD Llew Jones International Gary adds:
I couldn’t believe how clear the roads were it’s not like the UK ….a bit of snow and everything comes to a standstill, over there everything keeps moving. I also noticed that there were no roadworks. Apart from the distance this job was on par with what we cover in the UK
